Effingham, IL, January 23, 2025 – The Chamber Foundation of Effingham County shares that the 2025 Chamber Community Scholarship Program is now live!
This program offers $1,000 general scholarships to graduating high school seniors and adults wishing to continue their education. There are no restrictions on the course of study for this scholarship.
Additionally, the Jack Graham Scholarship, launched in 2021, awards a $1,000 scholarship to high school seniors or adults entering the fields of vocational trades, health care, or childcare.
Since its start in 1996, the Chamber Community Scholarship Program has awarded $252,000 to 214 recipients. The program is open to Chamber members, their employees and families, or any Effingham County resident. Preference is given to those attending Illinois colleges.
Applications will be accepted through Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
