Top Community Leaders Under 40
Since 2008 we have shined the spotlight on our young individuals who make a difference in the community by contributing to the betterment of the Effingham County area and the overall wellbeing of those who call it home. Recipients are recognized at the annual Top Community Leaders Awards Dinner.

Up & Coming Leaders
The Up and Coming Leader award was launched in 2020 to recognize the next generation of leaders in Effingham County. Consideration for this award is limited to students of an Effingham County high school, between the ages of 14-18, with a “B” average or greater. Recipients are recognized at the annual Top Community Leaders Awards Dinner.
