The Excellence in Business Award recognizes Chamber member businesses that demonstrate excellence, leadership and a strong commitment to the Effingham County community. Each year, recipients are recognized for the impact they make through their business, their people and their involvement in the community. Honorees are celebrated at the Chamber’s annual Gala.

Top Leaders Under 40
The Top Leaders Awards recognize individuals who are making a difference in Effingham County through leadership, involvement and a commitment to their community. Each year, the program celebrates Future Leaders and Top Leaders Under 40 whose contributions are helping shape the future of the Effingham County area. Recipients are recognized at the annual Top Leaders Awards Dinner.

Future Leaders
The Future Leader Award was launched in 2020 to recognize the next generation of leaders in Effingham County. The award recognizes students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, involvement and a commitment to their school and community. Eligible nominees must be between the ages of 14–18, attend an Effingham County high school and maintain a “B” average or higher. Recipients are recognized at the annual Top Leaders Awards Dinner.
