Must live/work in Effingham County
Must have significant contributions to his/her community as a leader
Must not be a previous recipient

Headshots:
Nuxoll Photography will be taking complimentary headshots for the EDN keepsake magazine. Two sessions will be available – Monday, October 6 from 4-6p and Wednesday, October 8 from 12-1p, both outside at the Effingham Technology Center (1201 Althoff Dr.).
