Gates open at 8:30a and truck registration begins. We will have food, entertainment and an auction! Come and look at all the trucks and help us raise money for local charities!

Brakes release at 1 pm and we invite the public to go downtown Effingham and wave at the trucks as they go by in support.

The day’s schedule is packed with activities for all ages:

• 8:30 AM: Gates Open
• 8:45AM – 10:30 AM: Registration
• 10:30 AM: Crisis Nursery and Amy Center Presentations
• 11:00 AM: Live/Silent Auctions Begin
• 12:00 PM: Live/Silent Auctions End
• 12:00 PM: Live Entertainment – Layla Smith
• 1:00 PM: Convoy Departs

Convoy Route
The convoy will kick off from the fairgrounds in Altamont, traveling along the following route:

• Altamont (fairgrounds) to Effingham
• Downtown Effingham through Teutopolis
• South to Route 33
• From Route 33 west to Effingham
• Concluding at the fairgrounds in Altamont

Companies and individuals interested in showcasing their trucks are encouraged to register online at Central Illinois Truck Convoy or on the day of the event. Each truck entry costs $50.

All proceeds from this event will benefit Crisis Nursery of Effingham County and The Amy Center.
