SUMMARY:Central Illinois Truck Convoy
DESCRIPTION:Gates open at 8:30a and truck registration begins. We will have food\, entertainment and an auction! Come and look at all the trucks and help us raise money for local charities! \nBrakes release at 1 pm and we invite the public to go downtown Effingham and wave at the trucks as they go by in support. \nThe day’s schedule is packed with activities for all ages: \n\n8:30 AM: Gates Open\n8:45AM – 10:30 AM: Registration\n10:30 AM: Crisis Nursery and Amy Center Presentations\n11:00 AM: Live/Silent Auctions Begin\n12:00 PM: Live/Silent Auctions End\n12:00 PM: Live Entertainment – Layla Smith\n1:00 PM: Convoy Departs\n\nConvoy Route\nThe convoy will kick off from the fairgrounds in Altamont\, traveling along the following route: \n\nAltamont (fairgrounds) to Effingham\nDowntown Effingham through Teutopolis\nSouth to Route 33\nFrom Route 33 west to Effingham\nConcluding at the fairgrounds in Altamont\n\nCompanies and individuals interested in showcasing their trucks are encouraged to register online at Central Illinois Truck Convoy or on the day of the event.
