Thank you for your interest in the Chamber’s Peer-to-Peer Networking Groups.
Peer Networking Groups provide our members the opportunity to establish relationships with other members and broaden the network for each individual. Being a member of a Peer-to-Peer Group carries with it responsibility and accountability to the group. Each member is expected to contribute and bring value from their knowledge and experience, while being accepting of constructive feedback.
Participating in the peer groups will allow businesses & individuals to:
- Share, collaborate and work together to collectively grow their businesses and grow as individuals.
- Hear the methods other people used to solve problems and to learn from what they have done.
- Hear the questions you’re not asking and consider how the answers to those questions might be valuable for you and your
- Support relationship building, foster collaboration & partnerships and cultivate mentoring opportunities.
The different Peer-to-Peer groups include:
- Human Resources
- Sales & Marketing
- Small Business Owners
Along with participating in the Peer Networks, Chamber members have the opportunity to take on a leadership role:
- Leader – will provide an agenda prior to the meeting & carry out a more guiding & facilitating role for the group
- Minute Taker – will provide a formal account of attendance, decisions, actions, & ownership
Fee: $150* for an annual business membership. This includes access to all three groups with an unlimited number of company representatives.
