Effingham, IL – March 5, 2025 – The Red Thread Boutique, owned and operated by Alexis Buenerkemper since 2016, is now a member of the Effingham County Chamber. Situated at 111 W. Jefferson Ave. in downtown Effingham, the boutique features a thoughtfully curated collection of women’s clothing and accessories, combining classic styles with contemporary trends.

The Red Thread Boutique provides a unique shopping experience with a free-spirited, bohemian aesthetic. The boutique prioritizes comfort and sustainability, featuring items made from recycled materials and organic cotton.
