Effingham, IL – July 30, 2026 — The Effingham County Chamber has recognized LeAnn’s Light as its Non-Profit of the Quarter and Eco-Trim 217 as its Business of the Quarter, highlighting two Chamber members making a positive impact throughout Effingham County and the surrounding area.

LeAnn’s Light was created in memory of LeAnn Schroeder Hardiek and continues her legacy of helping others by supporting families affected by cancer. Through the generosity of donors, volunteers and community supporters, LeAnn’s Light continues to provide meaningful assistance while honoring LeAnn’s desire to give back and help others.
