Service Advisor

Lake Sara Marina seeks a service writer for its expanding business. Qualified candidates should be able to work Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Paid time off and retirement plan provided.

Requirements:

• Punctuality
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good phone skills/experience
• General knowledge of boats and motors preferred

Job description:

• Greet customers upon arrival to our service department and render assistance
• Create work orders and schedule appointments using our dealer management software
• Develop good rapport with our customers & maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer incoming service phone calls
• Advise customers on additional repairs needed and the value of maintaining their boats & motors in accordance with manufacturers’ specification
• Assist service manager and general manager as needed
• Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned in a timely organized manner

Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
