Installation Team Member

Mette Cabinets and Countertops is a local, family-owned business since 1981. We produce custom cabinets, granite and quartz stone counter tops. We are currently hiring for a full-time Installer. Pay is dependent on previous work experience.

JOB DETAILS

This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday day shift schedule, working from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay ranges from $18.00–$24.00 per hour, with higher wages available depending on experience.

DUTIES

This position is responsible to conduct the duties of an installer for our company in an honest, professional, and ethical business manner. The duties include but are not limited to:

1. Assist with installation of cabinets and counter tops
2. Assist in loading, unloading and moving materials safely
3. Inspect that materials are installed to Mette’s quality control standards
4. Assist with special projects as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent with a strong math aptitude
2. Able to operate basic power and hand tools
3. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
4. Able to work as a team player
5. Have good communication skills.
6. Able to read a tape measure.
