Floral Designer

We’re seeking a skilled Floral Designer to create beautiful arrangements and support daily studio operations. The ideal candidate has strong floral design technique, a good eye for color and composition, and a collaborative, client-focused attitude.

16-28hrs a week | paid leave | ESOP & 401K | $15.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and assemble bouquets, centerpieces, and retail arrangements to client specifications and studio standards
• Source, receive, condition, and manage inventory of fresh flowers, foliage, and supplies
• Maintain studio cleanliness, refrigeration, and tool care
• Prepare client order tickets and ensure accuracy and timely delivery/pickup
• Provide excellent customer service, consult with clients on design concepts, and translate briefs into beautiful arrangements
• Assist with pricing, floral cost tracking, and occasional social media content (photos of arrangements)

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on design skills and knowledge of flower care and conditioning
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and manage multiple projects/deadlines
• Basic knowledge of floral mechanics (wiring, foam, structural supports)Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional client communication
• Availability to work some weekends and early mornings as needed
