Embroidery & Apparel Decoration Specialist

About Us: Jedco Sales is a growing promotional products company specializing in high-quality branded apparel and merchandise. We’ve recently expanded our in-house capabilities with a 6-head embroidery machine, and we’re looking for the right person to take ownership of our decoration process.
Position Overview: This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and getting the job done right the first time. You’ll be responsible for operating our embroidery equipment and supporting additional decoration methods in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate multi-head embroidery machine with accuracy and efficiency
- Prep garments (hooping, tagging, sorting) for production
- Assist with heat press, hat press, and laser engraving
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Perform final quality checks and prepare completed orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications
- Experience with embroidery equipment (multi-head preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and ability to switch tasks efficiently
- Ability to follow written job orders and communicate clearly
- Willingness to learn additional decoration methods
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional overtime during peak season (Nov–Dec) and rush jobs
Compensation & Benefits
- $16–$20/hour based on experience
