We’re hiring a full-time Dispatcher/Driver (Monday – Friday) to help keep our community connected—and we’d love for you to be part of our mission. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

As a dispatcher, you’ll be the hub of daily operations—coordinating rides, supporting drivers, keeping routes on track, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As a driver, you’ll be the friendly, dependable face our riders rely on—safely transporting passengers and delivering exceptional customer service with care and respect. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in doing meaningful work.

Strong customer service and computer skills are important. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be willing to obtain a CDL with passenger endorsement—we’ll support you along the way.

Hourly wage: $18.53
