Seeking a reliable Donut Maker to produce high-quality donuts overnight. You will follow recipes, operate fryers and ovens, finish and glaze products, and prepare items for morning service and delivery.

Up to 28 hours a week | paid leave | ESOP & 401K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare donut doughs and batters according to standardized recipes and production schedules
  • Operate mixers, proofers, fryers, ovens, and depositors safely and efficiently
  • Fry, fill, glaze, and finish donuts to consistent quality and appearance
  • Monitor product quality, temperature, cooking times, and adjust as needed
  • Portion, package, label, and stage product for morning sale/delivery
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment; follow food safety guidelines
  • Record production numbers, waste, and temperature logs as required
  • Assist with inventory counts and receiving ingredients when needed
  • Work well under time pressure and maintain a steady production flow

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with overnight hours and early-morning deadlines
  • Ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients accurately, and maintain consistency
  • Basic math skills and ability to read production logs/labels
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety practices
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Team player with good communication skills

Requirements:

  • You must be available weekends and holidays
  • You must be 18 years of age
