Flying Buddha | Special Mother’s Day Class – Strengthen & Stretch
Join Flying Buddha co-owners Karie and Vicki for a Pilates and Yoga fusion. Karie will guide you through 45 minutes of beginner-level Pilates, helping you build full body strength with emphasis on your core. Then, Vicki will lead you through 45 minutes of beginner-level yoga focusing on stretch and releasing tension from your body. Enjoy
