The Effingham Farmer's Market in downtown Effingham offers fresh produce, plants, baked goods and handcrafted arts & crafts. Downtown Effingham Trick or Treat
Get ready for some spooktacular fun as Trick or Treat takes over Downtown Effingham on Saturday, October 28th! From 1pm to 3pm, little goblins and ghosts can collect candy from participating businesses. Look for the festive balloons that signify the businesses taking part in this event.
