Karie will guide you through 45 minutes of beginner-level Pilates, helping you build full body strength with emphasis on your core. Then, Vicki will lead you through 45 minutes of beginner-level yoga focusing on stretch and releasing tension from your body. Enjoy

Dieterich Bank is hosting a Toothbrush Drive to support CEFS! From May 12 to June 12, we’re collecting new toothbrushes for kids ages 0–5 in Effingham and Fayette Counties. Donations can be dropped off at our Effingham, Lake Sara, Teutopolis, Dieterich, or St. Elmo branches
