Effingham Farmer’s Market
The Effingham Farmer's Market in downtown Effingham provides produce, baked goods and handcrafted arts & crafts. We have approximately 60 vendors. Entertainment is available in the gazebos most Saturdays. We will be open every Saturday 8am-12pm from June 14 to October 25, 2025 on the Old Courthouse lawn. Downtown Effingham Trick or Treat
Get ready for some spooktacular fun as Trick or Treat takes over Downtown Effingham on Saturday, October 26th! From 1-3p, little goblins and ghosts can stroll downtown for a fun, family-friendly afternoon of candy collecting. “Treats on Main Street” Candy Walk
Bring the family to Wright’s Furniture & Flooring for our first-ever Treats on Main Street Candy Walk! From 2–4:30 PM, families are invited to explore our showroom while little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes collect candy at our themed “candy stops” throughout the store. This is the perfect way for kids to show off their Halloween
Effingham Sunrise Rotary Halloween Parade
Theme: "Once Upon a Time...." The parade will kick off at 2:00 p.m. and is sponsored by the Effingham Sunrise Rotary. Awards to follow on the Courthouse square.
