This campaign brings the community together for 24 hours to raise funds for over 6,500 families and individuals across Southern Illinois. Effingham Farmer’s Market
The Effingham Farmer's Market in downtown Effingham provides produce, baked goods, plants, flowers, and handcrafted arts & crafts. We will be open every Saturday 8am-12pm from May 30 to October 31, 2026 on the Old Courthouse lawn.
