The Effingham Farmer's Market in downtown Effingham provides produce, baked goods and handcrafted arts & crafts. We have approximately 60 vendors. Entertainment is available in the gazebos most Saturdays. We will be open every Saturday 8am-12pm from June 14 to October 25, 2025 on the Old Courthouse lawn. The Printers Row Lit Fest, the largest literary festival in the Midwest will celebrate its 40th anniversary on Saturday, September 6, and Sunday, September 7, from 10am to 6pm on South Dearborn Ave. between Ida B.
