The Effingham Farmer's Market in downtown Effingham offers fresh produce, plants, baked goods and handcrafted arts & crafts. Diabetes Support Group
Join with other members of the diabetes community in a supportive, caring environment. Each meeting includes education on a diabetes-related topic, recipe demonstrations, and lots of laughter and fun.
