Women in Business | Built to Lead brings women from across the business community together for an evening of conversation, connection, and a little hands-on fun at Bobcat of Effingham.

Nikki Bloemer, VP of Human Resources and Marketing at Dieterich Bank, will serve as the keynote speaker with “Secrets to Work-Life Balance at Any Stage of Life.” Nikki will share her perspective on navigating the demands of work and life, finding balance as priorities change, and making it all work through different seasons of your career.

Following the presentation, stick around to network, enjoy mocktails, and experience live equipment demonstrations at Bobcat of Effingham.

Please note: Closed-toe shoes are required for anyone participating in the live equipment demonstrations.

Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations of registrations and refunds will be issued in full if received on or before noon a week (seven weekdays) prior to the event. After noon CST on said date, no refunds will be issued. If the event is rescheduled, all registrations will be honored for the rescheduled date or may be refunded in full of a refund request**. If the event is canceled, all registration will be refunded in full. **Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to Nicole Morrison. Please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request.
