Ribbon Cutting @ Effingham County Fair
Join the community on Tuesday, July 30th, at 5:30 p.m. for the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Effingham County Fair. To mark this milestone, there will be a spectacular fireworks display that evening!A special recognition will be given to the generous donors who contributed to the $165,000 concrete area for the amusement rides.
