New Federal Davis-Bacon Rule Changes and New IL Statutory Changes for 2023 and Beyond (Webinar)

Hold onto your hard hat! What you thought you knew about federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage law is changing — on October 23, 2023, the U.S. DOL’s NEW Davis-Bacon Rule will substantially change decades of well-established rules, precedent and interpretations as to the applicability and scope of federal prevailing wage laws to construction projects and how contractors must comply with the legal mandates. Additionally, Illinois has recently enacted several new amendments to its own prevailing wage law that all construction industry employers must recognize.

Make no mistake… the changes to federal and Illinois prevailing wage laws are significant.

Jeff Risch has devoted nearly 25 years of his legal practice on all things relating to prevailing wage laws — particularly with an eye on how such laws impact the Illinois Construction Industry. Please join Attorney Risch as he provides a concise summary of the new legal mandates that alter how contractors of all levels comply with prevailing wage laws on federal projects as well as state projects.
