Jeanne Dau, founder of Dau Consulting, will teach the course. She has managed multiple generations and has taught Millennials and Gen Z’s  at Eastern Illinois University and with ClassE, a Coles County high school entrepreneurship class. She has trained thousands of managers on leadership, communication, conflict management and entrepreneurship.
