HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital is hosting a free, open house workshop to help community members understand and complete a Health Care Power of Attorney (POAH).

A Health Care Power of Attorney is an important legal document that allows you to designate someone you trust to make medical decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so. This workshop provides a supportive, guided environment where you can learn about the process and complete your paperwork in one visit.

(Please use the pre-surgical testing entrance on the north side of the hospital)

This event is open to anyone 18 and older. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged for personalized assistance.
