Family Care Associates invites Effingham County Chamber members to an exclusive Open House event on Thursday, Sept. 19, from 5-7pm at 1106 N. Merchant Street.

Chamber members and invited guests will have the opportunity to explore our recently-renovated clinic and new behavioral health area and meet our providers & staff, including our newest team member, Dr. Lance Workman—an Effingham native.

Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served, and we’ll have fun Family Care Associates giveaways.  We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with our community partners!
