This career and life enhancing 22-month leadership development series, The Emerging Leader Institute includes educational sessions, peer-to-peer exercises and discussions, combined with personal, individualized coaching for practical real-time application in your live work settings.

Topics for high potential leaders include: Creating Vision & Decision Making, Goal Setting & Execution, Coaching and Mentoring, Accountability & Delegation, Leading Change with Courage & Passion, Building Community, Culture Development & Integration, Strategic Execution, Continuous Improvement, Leadership Transitions, and Customer Loyalty. Sessions were led and facilitated by Leadership Coach Dan Woods and included several guest speakers. Workshops are every other month with personal executive coaching between sessions to put learning into action with the exceptional support of a coach.
