Get ready for some spooktacular fun as Trick or Treat takes over Downtown Effingham on Saturday, October 28th!

From 1pm to 3pm, little goblins and ghosts can collect candy from participating businesses.

Look for the festive balloons that signify the businesses taking part in this event. Sponsored by the Effingham County Chamber Downtown Effingham Business Group Committee, this is the perfect opportunity for a safe and family-friendly trick-or-treating experience.
