The event be held at their location at 200 S Banker Street, Effingham, IL. A tent will be set up at their north side parking lot where guests can visit to enjoy a porkburger, a bag of chips, a cookie, and a drink! Don’t forget to stop inside the lobby to enter their giveaway!

Washington Savings Bank originally started on Washington Street and eventually moved to the corner of Jefferson and 5th Street Effingham in 1883. Employees divided their time between the teller window and deskwork.

Today Washington Savings Bank is proud to have five locations. Two in Effingham, two in Mattoon and one in Lerna. All of which are ready to serve their new and existing customers.
