Effingham, IL – February 20, 2026 — The Effingham County Chamber announces 360 Benefits Group as a new Chamber member and strategic partner in the Chamber Health Program.
360 Benefits Group is an independent employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm specializing in health insurance and comprehensive benefit solutions for businesses. Through a consultative, data-driven approach, the firm helps employers design competitive and sustainable benefits packages that support workforce retention and long-term business growth.
The Chamber is partnering with 360 Benefits Group to administer and support the Chamber Health Program, an initiative designed to help small businesses offer quality health insurance benefits to their employees. The program provides participating employers access to cost-effective health plan options typically not available to smaller groups and is offered in collaboration with local Chamber member insurance companies.
