With their continued growth, Washington Savings Bank is proud to announce the promotions of two employees following the Board of Directors meeting on April 10, 2024.
Allison Carpenter was promoted from Retail Operations Officer to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations. Allison is a mentor with Effingham Unit 40 and an active member of New Hope Church in Effingham. She especially enjoys time with her husband, Matt, and their children, her family, and their dog, Tucker.
Blake Masse was promoted from Loan Originator to Loan Officer. Blake was born and raised in Mattoon, IL. He attended Mattoon High School, Lake Land College, and Eastern Illinois University where he graduated with a finance degree. He has a passion for helping his customers in any way possible to ensure their banking needs are met.
