May 8, 2024 – The team at Washington Savings Bank is excited to welcome Stephanie Ramsey. Stephanie began in April, as their Retail Relationship Officer. In this role, she manages the New Account Representatives at their Mattoon offices.
Stephanie began her career in banking 14 years ago, starting as an Asset/Liability Analyst at First Mid Bank and Trust. She later was promoted to Assistant Vice President and then on to Senior Asset/Liability Analyst.
Stephanie was born in Rochester, NY, and moved to Mattoon at age 8 to be closer to family. Today she stays involved in the community by volunteering with the Special Olympics Family Festival, at the Mattoon Community Food Center, and with the Mattoon Chamber of Commerce as the Ambassador Coordinator.
When she is not working and volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Titan. On prime weather days, you can find her taking her jeep out and perhaps Titan in the front seat.
