Stevens Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotions of Phil Zakutansky to Production Group Manager in our Lamination division and of Connor Carlisle-Ackley to Production Supervisor in our Casework Fabrication department.
Since joining Stevens Industries in July 2008 as a machine operator, Phil Zakutansky has advanced through several leadership roles, including Team Lead positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts, and most recently serving as 1st Shift Production Supervisor in the Lamination division since 2020.
With 16 years of loyal service, Phil has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for the success of both the company and his team. We are looking forward to the continued growth and achievements that Phil will undoubtedly bring as he oversees production operations across all three shifts at our Effingham manufacturing facility.
Connor Carlisle-Ackley joined Stevens Industries in June 2021 as a machine operator assistant. He displayed exceptional leadership and dedication, earning a swift promotion to Team Lead.
Connor’s proactive problem-solving abilities and commitment to team success made him a clear choice for the Production Supervisor position. We are excited to see Connor take on this new leadership role, confident that he will excel in driving production goals and streamlining processes.
