Visitors should use the pre-surgical testing entrance weekdays and emergency entrance evenings and weekends

EFFINGHAM, Ill. — HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital’s main lobby entrance off of Maple Street will be temporarily closed starting Monday, June 16 through mid-July to allow for the replacement of the lobby’s interior and exterior sliding doors.

Starting June 16, those visiting the hospital on weekdays during business hours should enter through the hospital’s pre-surgical testing entrance on the north side of the hospital, facing Temple Ave. Visitors can park in the north visitor parking lot in the front of the hospital or the large parking lot to the north of the hospital, and follow signage to the pre-surgical testing entrance. Interior signage will direct to the main hospital elevators to visit patients. For weekends and evenings, visitors should use the emergency entrance as usual.

The project is expected to take approximately a month. Visit HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital Effingham on Facebook for updates on completion.
