Effingham, IL, May 10, 2023 – On Monday, May 8, 2023, during Effingham County Special Board Meeting, the board voted to approve the Republican Central Committee Recommendation of Tim Ellis to serve as replacement for Jeremy Kyle as the District C Representative. The board also approved Tim Ellis to serve on the Road and Bridge, Building and Grounds, and Health and Insurance Committees as well as committees of the whole Tax/Finance and Legislative.
Tim Ellis was sworn in Tuesday, May 9, 2023 by County Clerk and Recorder, Michelle Kollmann, before his first Building and Grounds Committee meeting.
