Effingham, IL – February 19, 2025 – The Effingham County Chamber announces the addition of Thats A Wrap Realty as its newest member. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Friday, February 14, to celebrate the grand opening of their new office located at 312 N Keller Drive, Suite C, Effingham, IL 62401.
Thats A Wrap Realty, established in January 2025, is a family-owned real estate firm founded by Jake and Vanessa Skavlem. Vanessa serves as the Designated Managing Broker, while her son, Jake, holds the position of Broker. The team is further strengthened by Janna Cook and Alicia Winskill, who are currently working as assistants while preparing for their broker examinations.
The ribbon-cutting event was attended by Chamber representatives, local business leaders, and community members, all eager to welcome the new business to the area.
