Blaze & Glaze is a mobile flame-kissed pizza trailer serving up artisan-style pizzas with a crispy charred crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. Locally owned and operated by Jenny Bailey, Blaze & Glaze takes pride in creating quality pies that deliver big flavor with every bite.
From their classic Margherita to unique specialties like BBQ Chicken and Chicken Bacon Ranch, their rotating menu is packed with mouthwatering options made fresh on-site in their custom-built pizza oven. You can find Blaze & Glaze at events, concerts, private events, and pop-up locations throughout Central Illinois.
