Effingham, IL – October 14, 2026 – The Effingham County Chamber welcomes Chameill’s Bubbles N Shine Cleaning Services LLC, a locally owned residential and commercial cleaning company, as one of its newest members.
Owned by Chameill Pacheco, Chameill’s Bubbles N Shine provides professional cleaning services for homes and businesses throughout Effingham and surrounding communities. She built her business around dependable, detail-oriented service while giving clients the flexibility to choose the type and frequency of cleaning that works for them.
As the business continues to grow, she is expanding commercial cleaning services for offices, churches, businesses and other commercial facilities. Recurring cleaning plans can be customized around the needs and schedule of each facility, with cleaning supplies and equipment provided by Bubbles N Shine or the client depending on the individual contract.
Residential and specialty services include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction and post-event cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning, and organization services. Additional options such as carpet shampooing, interior windows, appliance cleaning, laundry service, and pet hair removal allow clients to customize their cleaning based on their needs.
For Chameill, the business is about more than leaving a space looking clean. She places an emphasis on clear communication, reliability, and providing consistent service clients can feel comfortable bringing into their homes and businesses.
She has continued to invest in professional development and industry education, earning her PHC certification through ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, in addition to completing the Intensive Program: Create Your Cleaning Services Business in 2025. Chameill’s Bubbles N Shine is also fully insured.
Giving back is also important to her. Throughout the year, she accepts nominations for individuals or families who may benefit from a complimentary cleaning service while going through a difficult time.
Chameill’s Bubbles N Shine is currently accepting both residential and commercial clients and offers free estimates and cleaning plans based on each client’s space and needs.
