Effingham, IL – December 30, 2025 — The Effingham County Chamber welcomes Angeled Kids: Foster Closet & Resale as a new member. Based in Effingham, Angeled Kids is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children in the foster care system by providing families with clothing necessities and other essential resources.

At their Effingham storefront located at 1704 Banker St., the team behind Angeled Kids works to ease the stress on foster families by offering quality consignment clothing, essential items, and a supportive community environment. Their mission is built on compassion — ensuring every child has what they need to feel valued, cared for, and confident.
