EFFINGHAM, Ill. – August 28, 2026 –Jessica Weber has joined Midland States Bank as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, Weber will lead the Bank’s financial planning and forecasting functions and partner with leaders across the organization to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and Midland’s long-term strategic plan.

Weber brings more than 15 years of finance leadership experience spanning financial planning and analysis, strategic operations and executive decision support. Throughout her career across both large organizations and privately held businesses, she has partnered with leadership and is seen as a strong team collaborator to support long-term planning, operational performance and business growth.

Weber earned a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from Washington University and holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Economics and Urban and Regional Planning. A dedicated business leader and community advocate, she co-owns Weber’s Jewelry and JJ Dust Trucking, providing financial leadership and strategic support, she also serves on the Next Gen Board for the Retail Jewelers Organization and is an active member of 100+ Women Who Care of Effingham County.
