Effingham, IL – June 16, 2026 — The Effingham County Chamber welcomes Siegfried’s Supper Club as one of their newest members.
Located at 201 S. Pearl Street in Teutopolis, Siegfried’s Supper Club offers a unique dining experience that blends elevated cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and an inviting supper club atmosphere in the heart of the community.
Owned by Ryan and Mary Spencer, the restaurant combines a passion for food, hospitality, and creativity while bringing new life to a historic downtown Teutopolis building. Front of House Manager Alysia Kennedy helps lead the guest experience, creating a welcoming environment focused on quality service and attention to detail.
Siegfried’s Supper Club places a strong emphasis on supporting nearby businesses and quality ingredients, including meats provided by fellow Chamber member McMahon Meats in Teutopolis. The menu features thoughtfully prepared dishes, rotating specials, and a dining experience designed to encourage guests to slow down, gather, and enjoy a night out.
