Volunteer Info Night with CASA for Kids
Volunteer Info Night with CASA for Kids
Right now, 65 children in Effingham County are navigating the foster care system, and there is a critical need for dedicated community volunteers to advocate for their best interests.
Join CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for Kids for a Volunteer Info Night to learn how you can become a CASA volunteer and be a consistent, caring voice for a child who has experienced abuse or neglect.
At this info session, you’ll learn what CASA volunteers do and discover how your time and compassion can change a child’s future. You don’t need a specific background or experiences; CASA provides the training you’ll need. You just need a heart for children and a willingness to help.
Volunteers are urgently needed.
No RSVP required—just stop by. Light Refreshments provided.
Bring your friends, family and coworkers along!
