Discovery Christian School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Principal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a heart for Christian education, and a desire to help students grow academically and spiritually.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide Christ-centered leadership to faculty, staff, and students
• Oversee curriculum and ensure Biblical worldview integration
• Support and evaluate teachers
• Promote academic excellence and student achievement
• Foster positive relationships with families and the community
• Manage daily school operations

Qualifications:

• Strong Christian faith and commitment to Biblical principles
• Leadership experience in education (administrative experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead with wisdom, integrity, and servant-heartedness
