EFFINGHAM, IL – December 22, 2025 – The Effingham County Chamber shares Legacy Harley-Davidson as its Third Quarter Business of the Quarter and Enduring Freedom Ministries as its Third Quarter Non-Profit of the Quarter.

Each quarter, the Chamber recognizes one member business and one member non-profit organization that exemplifies excellence in service, community involvement, innovation, and workplace culture. Honorees are selected from member nominations and reflect the strong leadership and commitment that help strengthen Effingham County.

Legacy Harley-Davidson has earned recognition for its continued dedication to customer experience, employee culture, and community engagement. As a long-standing Chamber member, Legacy Harley-Davidson consistently supports local initiatives and events while fostering a welcoming environment for riders, employees, and visitors alike. Its commitment to excellence extends beyond its showroom, making a positive and lasting impact throughout the region.

Enduring Freedom Ministries is recognized for its compassionate service and dedication to support individuals and families within the community. Through its mission-driven work, the organization provides meaningful resources, guidance, and outreach rooted in faith, service, and support. Operated with care and purpose, Enduring Freedom Ministries exemplifies the positive influence local non-profits can have when community and service come first.

“Legacy Harley-Davidson and Enduring Freedom Ministries consistently show what it means to lead by example in our community,” said Katie Koester, President & CEO of the Effingham County Chamber. “Whether through business leadership or nonprofit service, both organizations show up for others and make a meaningful impact across Effingham County. We are proud to recognize them through this program.”

The Chamber encourages members to continue submitting nominations for future quarters. To be eligible, nominees must be current Chamber members in good standing, and individuals may not nominate their own business or organization. Nominations roll over each quarter through the end of the year for additional consideration.
