Effingham, IL – October 14, 2025 — The Effingham County Chamber of Commerce announces Nutrition Wise as its newest member. Led by Amanda Settle, RDN, LDN, CDCES, Nutrition Wise specializes in creating personalized mealtime strategies for busy individuals, families, and athletes.
