This recognition highlights individuals who are making a difference in their professions, schools, and communities through leadership, dedication, and service.

The Top Leaders Under 40 honorees for 2025 are:

The honorees will be formally recognized at the 2025 Top Community Leaders Dinner on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Keller Convention Center. The evening will include a group photo opportunity by Nuxoll Photography, cocktail reception, dinner, and awards program honoring both the Top Leaders Under 40 and the Up & Coming Leaders.

This year’s event is presented by HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital and Lake Land College.
