Effingham, IL – September 30, 2025 — The Effingham County Chamber welcomes Faithfully Home & Toters, Inc. as Chamber members. The Chamber celebrated Faithfully Home & Toters, Inc. during a ribbon cutting on Friday, September 26, held in conjunction with their Fall Fest community event.
Based in Neoga, IL, both companies help families find the place they’re meant to call home by offering manufactured, modular, and pre-owned homes, along with complete transportation and installation services.
Jonathan and Lacy Spour launched Toters, Inc. in 2019 with a shared heart for service and family. A family-owned business, Toters specializes in the transportation, setup, and servicing of both new and pre-owned mobile homes, proudly serving clients across Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana. Jonathan, a third-generation mason, brings expert craftsmanship, while Lacy, a Certified Women’s Life Coach and salon owner, leads with compassion and care.
In 2025, the couple expanded their mission by founding Faithfully Home—an extension of their faith-driven, family-focused values. Faithfully Home helps clients design, purchase, and move into manufactured and modular homes, walking with families every step of the way. Together, the companies reflect a commitment to faith, family, and integrity.
The leadership team includes Ali Landreth, Head of Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Co-Owner, who keeps projects and client experience running smoothly with her expertise in the manufactured housing industry since 2018. Alongside her, Peyton, On-Site Foreman, ensures every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
