Join us for a FREE community walk and family-friendly event to raise awareness for Perinatal (Conception–Postpartum) Mental Health Disorders (PMHDs). This program is part of Postpartum Support International, the world’s largest nonprofit dedicated to increasing support, awareness, and resources for PMHDs.

The day will feature local vendors, community resource tables, activities, giveaways, and food—all centered on coming together as a community to support families through this important season of life.

Highlights include:

• Vendors & resources: Effingham Pelvic Health & Wellness, Nature’s Glow, Wright Choice Counseling, Catching Glimpses, Layna Bond Insurance & more
• Six resource tables offering education and support
• Food & drinks: Izzy’s Shiver Shack, The Caffeinator coffee truck, grilled lunch (with meat donated by Nuxoll’s Food Center), and desserts from Goldie’s Baking Company
• Balloon arches and party globe fun from Effingham Party Globes
• Kids’ craft corner, giveaways, and door prizes from local businesses including Catching Glimpses, Pelvic Health, Flying Buddha, Doulas, Nuxoll’s Photography & others
